Terms & Agreement

By registering in the CUBE’s programming I hereby understand and agree to the following policies:

Registration Policy

  • Registration is completed on a first come first serve basis (FCFS)
  • Programs with statutory holiday closures will be granted additional make-up classes in the week(s) following the final session. 
  • All participants must have a valid waiver filled out online (by a parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of 19) in order to partake in the program or any activities in the CUBE. Participants without waivers are not permitted within the facility.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment upon registration is required to secure your spot in the program, and as such, is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/legal guardian if the participant is under 19 years of age).
  • Payment must be completed either by calling in with a credit card, or visiting the CUBE by debit, credit, or cash (no e-transfers or cheques). 
  • Outside funding of any kind must be received before the program start date, and needs to be approved by the CUBE.  Funding through organizations such as Kidsport or Jumpstart is retroactively reimbursed, and payment for the program must first be completed by the participant.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your program registration up to 1 week prior to the start date without incurring any penalties.
  • Withdrawal from a program between 1 week and 72 hours before the program starts, you will receive a 20% penalty on your registration fee. 
  • If you withdraw from a program within 72 hours of the start date, you will not receive any reimbursement.

We recognize that extenuating circumstances exist. For cancellations due to medical illnesses, or for any other compassionate reason, please apply in writing to the CUBE (no more than 14 days after the end of the program) for a potential credit. If the reason is medical or illness, please include official documentation. There are no credits or refunds for missed days due to changed work or vacation schedules, sick days, or other non-emergency reasons.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Property Policy

  • We recommend that participants refrain from bringing valuables with them to their programs. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen property; however, we do maintain a ‘Lost & Found’ bin. You may return to the site anytime during operating hours to check the ‘Lost & Found’ bin for your missing item(s).
  • After a period of 3 months, items in the lost and found are taken to the nearest charity and the items inside donated.

Media Policy

  • Any pictures, videos, or media content taken during the course of the program can be used by the CUBE in future marketing and promotion.

Weather and Environment Policy

  • Outdoor programs will run rain or shine. We do not offer refunds or credit for any sessions missed by choice due to inclement weather.
  • Contingency plans are in place to ensure all programs operate safely in the event of extreme weather.
  • In the event that the CUBE is required to cancel a program due to weather, participants will receive a full pro-rated refund or credit that can be used toward another program.
